About Ardis Dining Armchair

The top rail does not stop at the back, it keeps curving forward until it becomes both arms, so there is no visible joint where an arm normally meets a chair back. That single shaped rail is what lets the arms stay low and thin while still giving your elbows somewhere to rest. It suits the two seats at the ends of a table, where people tend to sit longest and want something to lean on. It also works as the chair someone drags over to the island when there are more people in the kitchen than there is room at the table.
