Orders and Payment

Yes, we offer interest free Financing up to 75% of the product cost is available through the LFC Card (Levida’s proprietary financing option offered by third party), subject to specific terms and conditions.
Your order with Levida furniture may either be from stock which is ready to ship, or for other items you will receive an estimated time of arrival for delivery/pick up upon placing the order. Please contact the seller for more information and tracking the order.
Please contact the seller and fill out the form in the inquiry section on Levida’s website as soon as possible.

Return and exchange

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items: This includes Special Condition Sales, Custom Orders, Clearance merchandise, and items related to hygiene. Regular Stock Orders: Eligible for exchange or refund under specified conditions.
Please contact our customer service to cancel or exchange your Regular Stock Orders free of charge within 7 days of order placement. Conditions Apply.
After your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account and payment method used for the purchase, excluding cash payments.
Custom orders are crafted to your preference, therefore; they are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
The product must be returned in its original shape and packaging.
Please contact us within 48 hours of order confirmation. Send an Email to your seller’s department (available on your invoice), or the customer inquiry form on Levida’s Website.

Pick up / delivery

Full payment is required prior to confirming your delivery or pick-up schedule. When you place a delivery order with Levida Furniture, a delivery schedule will be arranged based on our team’s availability and routes.
Our Premium delivery service with specific terms that delivers, unboxes, inspects, and assembles your order at your designated room. However, our team will not move, reorganize, or disassemble existing furniture or items in your home.
Contact Levida at least 2 business days before scheduled delivery to avoid any additional costs and delays for rescheduling delivery.

It is your responsibility to measure and verify that products will fit through all entry points to the designated area. For no-fit furniture deliveries, please refer to the return policy. Additional delivery costs may apply.

All of our items will pass the quality check, however If we can confirm that it is a manufacturing quality issue, we will be able to assist you with a potential replacement of the piece or the part, Please note that this may not apply on all of the conditions. To submit a claim please click here , or fill out the customer service form online.
You have a 24-hour window from the time of initial delivery or pick up to report any issues to us.
In the event that your order remains unclaimed,whe storage fees and procedures for orders not claimed, are applicable.
For missed Delivery or unclaimed products ,fees for rescheduling or missed deliveries may apply.
You, or an individual authorized by you in writing, must present the “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation and a government-issued photo ID for verification.
It is important to understand that only the person matching the name on the invoice, can pick up an order. If you require someone else to collect your order on your behalf, you must notify and confirm in writing with our customer service by an email including the full name of the authorized pick up person and a piece of government-issued photo ID for verification.

Yes, you can shop directly at our main showroom. Our team will assist you in selecting pieces, customizing your order (if applicable), and finalizing your purchase on-site. Immediate purchase is available for in-stock items.

Our showroom features a curated selection of our most popular and newest designs. While not every item from our catalog may be on display, our team can guide you through our full collection digitally and assist with samples and finishes.

No appointment is required. You’re welcome to walk in during our operating hours. However, for personalized consultations or design assistance, booking an appointment is recommended.

If the item is in stock and ready, yes—same-day pickup can be arranged. Our team will help coordinate logistics. For larger items or orders requiring delivery, standard scheduling will apply.

Yes. Our design consultants can guide you through the customization process, including fabric, finish, and configuration options.

Yes, our pricing is consistent across all channels. Any special in-store promotions or exclusives will be clearly marked.

Returns and exchanges follow the same policy as online purchases. Non-returnable items include custom orders, clearance items, and products marked as final sale. Please retain your receipt and original packaging.

Yes, complimentary in-store design consultations are available. Our specialists can assist with layout planning, color schemes, and selecting pieces that match your lifestyle.

Levida’s flagship showroom is located in 3083 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3R 0J5, Canada. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Yes, free customer parking is available on-site.
